PRIVATE EVENTS

The 'Fully Private Rental' offers exclusive use of the cigar lounge AND
bar area for completely private parties. This is ideal if you are looking
to hold a private event for between 45 – 60 people.
Private rental rate for full closing of Churchill’s to the public is:

Monday – Wednesday:   
Private parties available from 6:00pm – 12:00am                      

Thursday – Saturday:  
Private parties available from 6:00pm – 1:00am                

Sunday:  
Churchill’s is not open for regular business however the Lounge can
be opened for rental at
management discretion/staff availability

SEMI-PRIVATE / Lounge-only – RENTAL FEES

The ‘Semi-private Rental’ option offers you and your guests a fully
reserved area – our cigar Lounge of leather armchairs, couches, and
coffee tables – a ‘”living room” style set up - - for your guests to enjoy
a cigar; buffet, stations, or passed food for one of our 8 preferred
caterers (if desired); and relax in the lounge while we are open to the
public in the bar area. This is perfect for groups ranging from
20-40 guests who want to truly experience the ambiance of
Churchill’s without closing the entire space to other clients:

Only Fully Private Rentals are available – see above                

Monday – Wednesday:   
Semi-private parties available from 6:00pm – 12:00am                      r

Thursday – Saturday:  
Semi-private parties available from 6:00pm – 1:00am

Bar Packages
Cash Bar:  Each guest is responsible for their own drink charges and
gratuities.

Open Bar:  Charges are accrued based on actual consumption.  A
20% gratuity is added to the total beverage tab.

Ticket Tab:  Each guest receives a predetermined # of “drink tickets”.  
As tickets are redeemed, charges are accrued based on actual
consumption.  Host may restrict tickets to specific beverages. A 20%
gratuity is added to the total beverage tab.

$$ Limit:  Open bar until host-determined $ limit is reached; cash bar
thereafter.

Entertainment:
CD Sound system – iPod compatible ~ 3 televisions ~ Selection of
disc jockeys, roving performers, live music
or other creative options by special arrangement with Events
Manager.
